TRIBBU promotes shared mobility between employees and students with the 'Together on the Road' challenge

“TRIBBU promotes shared mobility between employees and students with the challenge Together on the Road”

On the occasion of European Mobility Week, TRIBBU (formerly Hoop Carpool) promotes the 'Together on Route' challenge, an initiative aimed at companies and universities that seeks to promote shared mobility between employees and students. The campaign will take place between September 16 and October 16, 2025 and will involve the participation of more than 40 organizations such as Mercedes - Benz, Air Europa and TENDAM.

The objective is clear: add new users, activate those who already share a car and promote a more efficient and sustainable transport model. For one month, each shared trip will be automatically registered through the TRIBBU app, contributing to the collective impact of the initiative.

Expected impact in numbers

In this edition, TRIBBU expects to exceed 30,000 rideshares in a single month and add up to more than 8,000 new users to the platform. Within the participating organizations, the challenge seeks to achieve a 30% more shared trips between employees and, in addition, a 10% growth in the acquisition of new corporate users, thus consolidating the positive impact of collaborative mobility in the work and academic environment.

These objectives are inspired by previous campaigns, where they were achieved Double the number of monthly rideshares and business communities registered an average growth of 20%.

Benefits for companies and employees

The campaign, in addition to recognizing those who move the most with TRIBBU during the month, seeks to generate tangible benefits for participating organizations, because every journey counts:

  • Direct economic savings for employees thanks to the Energy Saving Certificates (CAEs) of the MITECO, which gives a bonus with 0.04 €/km per passenger every shared journey.
  • Additional Incentives Like the Energy Bonus or the “Invite a Friend” program, which promote the activation of new communities within each organization.
  • Real-time sustainability reports, which allow HR and ESG departments to measure the environmental and social impact of corporate mobility.

An Opportunity for Human Resources

In a context in which mobility to work is key to retaining and attracting talent, this initiative provides HR departments with an effective tool to:

  • Improve the employee experience, providing cheaper and more accessible transportation alternatives.
  • Respond to requirements of the future Sustainable Mobility Act, which will require large companies to have mobility plans to work.
  • Strengthen the organizational culture, generating community and connections between colleagues who share journeys.

At TRIBBU we want to join and contribute to the European Mobility Week, because we are happy to see how an entire continent comes together to promote sustainable mobility solutions. We believe that car sharing is a real and accessible tool for companies and employees to be part of this collective change towards cleaner and more livable cities. In addition, thanks to the collaboration with the Energy Savings Certificates system, today users not only contribute to the planet by sharing a car, but they also receive financial compensation for each trip taken, turning sustainability into a tangible benefit.” highlights Paloma Martín, CEO and co-founder of TRIBBU.
